Three steps. Nothing is re-typed between them.
Type it like you’d text it. invz asks up to three questions, only for what’s missing, then drafts from the clause library.
Your client gets a sealed letter by email. They open it, enter the 6-digit code, read a plain-English summary and sign on their phone. No account.
Fee, milestones and due date come from the agreement. Your UPI QR, bank or ACH details go on the invoice, with one reminder on the due date.
The AI assembles reviewed clauses and explains them. It never invents law, and anything it doesn’t know stays in [brackets] for you to fill.
NDA, service agreement, statement of work, MOU and retainer. Every clause carries its source and who reviewed it.
Governing law, e-sign exclusions, stamp-duty notes and invoice tax fields are data per country, checked before every draft.
Two sentences on what it means, and one on what a freelancer should watch for.
India clauses are reviewed by a practising lawyer. US clauses start from public templates and say so until they’re reviewed.
invz is not a law firm. Drafts are not legal advice; have a lawyer review anything high-stakes.
5.1 The Client shall pay the Provider [₹60,000] per month for the services in Schedule A, payable within [7] days of each invoice.
5.2 Fees exclude GST. Where it applies, GST at the prevailing rate is added to each invoice against the Provider’s GSTIN.
5.3 Overdue amounts carry simple interest at [1.5]% per month from the due date until paid.
You invoice monthly and get paid within a week. Tax is added on top, not taken out of your fee. If they pay late, interest starts counting.
Watch for: the payment window. Seven days is short for larger companies; 15 is common.
Draft, sign, invoice. Nothing that doesn’t move a deal toward paid.
Up to three, each with options and a free-text answer. Skip any of them and the draft keeps a [bracket] for you.
A link, a 6-digit email code, a five-line summary, then a typed, drawn or uploaded signature. No account, no app.
A SHA-256 hash seals the final text. It’s printed on the PDF with a certificate of completion anyone can re-check.

Short answers. Never legal advice.
For most business agreements, yes. The US recognises them under the ESIGN Act and UETA; India under the IT Act, 2000. A few documents still need ink, such as wills, property transfers, powers of attorney and negotiable instruments, and invz blocks those at intake. This is general information, not legal advice.
No. invz assembles agreements from a fixed, reviewed clause library and explains them in plain English. It never invents clauses or tells you a document is enforceable. For anything high-stakes, have a lawyer in your jurisdiction review it.
No. They open the link, enter the 6-digit code we email them, read the summary and sign. Once everyone has signed, they can download the final PDF from the same link.
In India: wills, property transfers, powers of attorney and negotiable instruments. In the US it varies by state; wills and some family-law documents are the usual exceptions. invz won’t draft those.
You save payment methods once in Settings: UPI, an Indian bank account with IFSC, GSTIN and SAC; or ACH, wire, Zelle, PayPal or a payment link. Pick one when you send the invoice and it’s printed on the PDF, with UPI as a QR code.
Yes. The draft is plain text with placeholders in [brackets]; edit anything before you send. After the first signature the text is locked. A change request voids that version and starts a new one.
invz computes a SHA-256 hash of the exact text, locks it, renders the final PDF with a certificate of completion and emails it to everyone. “Send invoice” is then one tap away.
Yes. Plans renew until cancelled, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for. Signing stays free, with or without a plan.
